By payment you are agreeing to my following terms & conditions and entering into a contract.

Please check every detail of the T&C's to understand the process and avoid any kind of misunderstanding.

Once we receive your payment, the date will be official

 

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Bookings are confirmed upon full payment.

Bookings will be allocatted to the available stylist if Carla is not available.

CANCELATIONS ON Beauty Services

 ​48 hours notice is require for cancelations beauty bookings.

 Cancelations with less than 48 hrs are Non refundable.

CANCELATIONS ON WEDDING BOOKINGS

Weddings cancelations are non refundable but dates can be changed with 2 months notice.

 

CHANGES TO BOOKINGS

Changes to your booking by adding another person or changing arranged time can be only be only carried out if time and resources allow and will require prior notice.

Changes to the original booking may incur additional fee.

Changes to your booking by reducing the size of your bridal party less than 3 months prior to the wedding date the original quote price will still apply.

EARLY BOOKINGS

Bookings starting before 7am will incur an extra charge of £50

WEDDINGS PAYMENT TERMS:

Trial payment

Trials are to be paid in full prior to the wedding appointment date.

Wedding day booking

​After your trial, If you happy with the look and wish to proceed then the balance for bridal hair and make up for the wedding day is then due to secure your date.

Invoice & Booking Hold:

An invoice will be issued upon completion of trial.  Your wedding day booking will be held for 2 days from the date invoice is sent.

Please not that failure to make payment within the 2-day period  will result in the cancelation of your wedding day booking, and the date will be released.

TRAVEL

​Bookings will incur travel fee.

Travel fee is applied for bookings outside zone 3 London. £1 per mile.

CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
Please ensure that we will be working in a suitable environment with adequate surface space, natural lighting, electricity points, and hand-washing facilities.

Please ensure every member of the party is aware of timings and be available for hair or makeup application. The time that our team arrives to you will depend on what time you need to be ready. Please be ready for service at the designated time to allow a smooth service.

Prior to having makeup applied, please ensure each client is on time ready for services, their skin is makeup-free and hair is clean and completely dry.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for, but not limited to, any behaviour deemed rude, offensive threatening, or abusive.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND IMAGE COPYRIGHT
At your trial, we will need to take photos and videos of you for the purpose of recording the trial look. This is to help us recreate the look accurately on the day. This will also give you a true idea of how your look should translate to your wedding photos & video, in different angles, lighting etc. Future clients also love to see examples of our real-life brides and we are proud to share our work on bridal clients with future brides/clients via our website & social media platforms.

Please let us know in advance if you do not wish to be in photographs or if you are not happy to appear on images on our social media, promotional material, or website.


Our team are happy to be photographed on the wedding day whilst in action, if these photos are shared on social media please credit us accordingly.​
